The sidekick 3 is only a data plan, unlimited internet unlimited e-mail, and unlimited texting. But I will give you the phone and the service. so you would only have to pay the 29.99 a month. but you would have to go through a credit check through tmobile after i change the responsibility. but send me an e-mail or give me a call. I was out of the country for awhile.
